Please note that we will print your artwork as provided. No changes can be made once order is placed and sent to production.
Turnaround time is approximately 10 working day excluding any delays caused by incorrect format provided and shipping.

Lead Time & timeline
4 weeks prior: Provide final wording and confirmed guest names in the required format → Download our template via the Resources section.
3 weeks prior: Final design approval is required 3 weeks before your event or pickup date. Once approved, we’ll begin production with our printers. No changes can be made after design confirmation.
Rush fee
A $50 late fee applies for designs approved less than 3 weeks—but no later than 2 weeks—before your required date.
Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Local pickup (Kardinya 6163)
Your order will be placed outside for safe collection. Pickup is available between 9am-7pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or weekends.
