PRINT REQUIREMENTS
To ensure your signage prints beautifully, please review the following before uploading your file:
- File type: Print-ready PDF only
- Size: Artwork must be set to the exact product size
- Bleed: 3mm
- Colour mode: CMYK
- Resolution: Minimum 300dpi
- Safe area: Keep all important text and graphics at least 5mm from the edges
We print artwork exactly as supplied.
Please ensure your file is correctly set up, as we are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect sizing, colour mode, or low resolution.
Hire studio
To perfectly complement your signage, you can hire a stand from our Hire Studio.

Lead Time & timeline
4 weeks prior: Provide final wording and confirmed guest names in the required format → Download our template via the Resources section.
3 weeks prior: Final design approval is required 3 weeks before your event or pickup date. Once approved, we’ll begin production with our printers. No changes can be made after design confirmation.
Rush fee
A $50 late fee applies for designs approved less than 3 weeks—but no later than 2 weeks—before your required date.Â
Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Local pickup (Kardinya 6163)
Your order will be placed outside for safe collection. Pickup is available between 9am-7pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or weekends.
