Lead Time & timeline
4 weeks prior: Provide final wording and confirmed guest names in the required format → Download our template via the Resources section.
3 weeks prior: Final design approval is required 3 weeks before your event or pickup date. Once approved, we’ll begin production with our printers. No changes can be made after design confirmation.
Rush fee
A $50 late fee applies for designs approved less than 3 weeks—but no later than 2 weeks—before your required date.
Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Local pickup (Kardinya 6163)
Your order will be placed outside for safe collection. Pickup is available between 9am-7pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or weekends.
